Welcome to Zoharin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of zoharinshop.com and to all orders placed with Zoharin. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and colours

We do our best to show products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Measurements are approximate; please check the Size Guide before ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

4. Orders and confirmation

After you place an order, our team may call or message you to confirm it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a product is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives. More payment options may be added later.

6. Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 working days. Delivery charge ৳70.
• Outside Dhaka: usually 3–5 working days. Delivery charge ৳130.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, strikes or courier delays.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

8. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Zoharin name and logo, photos, text and design — belongs to Zoharin or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt to access it without permission, or interfere with its normal operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zoharin is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dhaka.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
